Implementation Guidance
National Treasury understands the difficulty for organs of state to successfully interpret instructions and standards that have been published, especially the technically complex elements of the Model SCM Policy and the Standard for Infrastructure Procurement and Delivery Management. To facilitate the understanding and interpretation of these documents, National Treasury, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, has partnered with SAICE to produce a dedicated special edition magazine that deals specifically with the implementation of the instructions.
